CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking and Deposit:
Customers are required to pay a 50% deposit upfront when booking our services.The deposit secures the appointment and covers initial costs.
Cancellation by Customer:
If a customer wishes to cancel their appointment:
Notice Period: They must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled service date.
Refund: If canceled within the notice period, we will refund the deposit in full.
Late Cancellation: For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation by Us:
In rare cases where we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, equipment failure): We will reschedule the appointment at the earliest convenience. If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund the deposit in full.
Exceptions:
Emergency Situations: We understand emergencies happen. Contact us immediately, and we’ll assess the situation.
Force Majeure: Unforeseeable events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters) may lead to cancellation. In such cases, we’ll work with the customer to find a fair resolution.
